IOT 4 DIGITAL TWIN
Smart digital twin Platform for Connected Steel Factories
Project aiming at providing new IoT based tools, to improve and optimize the parameters of production in the steel industries, thought the implementation of new concept of connecting tools, providing a way to gain in quality and production effectiveness. Final target is to enhance the productivity, profitability and to ensure effective execution of the manufacturing operations and improve production output in the steel industries.
IoT4DigitalTwin project aims to bring a leap forward in the manufacturing industry proposing a new connected smart factory involving management of manufacturing resources, final products, cranes and industrial tasks in an efficient manner. The final solution will provide the optimum operational parameters and will allow to optimize the production process.
The project has three main specific objectives:
Objective 1: Acquisition of data by the MES system. Achieve real time data monitoring.
Objective 2: Creation of a digital twin, inside our MES solution connected to factory data sources.
Objective 3: Assure the normative and the safety approach (ISO-10218), EC Machinery Directive 2006, ISO/TS 15066. Etc.
