Industrial modernisation of unique machines for production of nanofiber materials with high added value

Primary goal of the project was the technological improvement and innovation of wold-wide unique equipment for production of nanofibrous materials. During the project the collaboration among the IT company Circle Garage, the supplier of the industrial automatization solution APPLIC and Nanoprogress was be established. The equipment was complemented with hardware that allows continuous quality control and management of the manufacturing process and data storage of all process parameters during the fabrication. These data are handled by tailor-made on-distance cloud-based integral solution that implements CRM system features, store the process data and offer remote management. All this led to significant quality improvement of the fabrication process, strengthening the quality control and product management and lowering the manufacturing costs as the personal presence of operator will not be required during the whole fabrication process.
