IOT4PM Index “On Time” Technology for predictive Maintenance

The goal of the project is to create a first demonstrator of a new IT module (IOT4PM) of our existing “technical intervention management software solution” called Mobinome. This demonstrator should make it possible to:

• capture on real time the value of indexes (engine oil temperature, …) from dashboard of construction vehicles
• send them via Bluetooth to the app'mobile of Mobinome that will then forward it via GPRS to its own back office database.
• trigger, thanks to these data captured ≪ on real time ≫, predictive maintenance through specific ≪ made by Mobinome ≫ algorithms.

Solutions currently available, only allows PERIODIC predictive maintenance and not a maintenance based on the REAL USE of the machine.

The predictive maintenance market for construction vehicles is huge. The 5 main sectors of activity in Europe (construction is obviously one of the main sectors of activity in Europe, such as agriculture, mining, ...) require the use of construction machinery. Prevent and avoid the risk of work stoppages, thanks to intelligent prevention, is the new form of insurance 4.0.
