MATAKIOT
Lean IoT Manufacturing Tracking Pilot
The project aims to modernize the production process of industrial companies by making them aware of the opportunities of IoT and all the inherent benefits. To this end, we propose to develop a sensor capable of analyzing the normal or abnormal vibrations of a rotating machine and to monitor it automatically, with the goal of performing predictive, prescriptive, preventive and curative maintenance. The solution consists of a hardware product (sensor) and a software solution for analyzing information (IA, neural network). The sensor will connect to several LoraWAN, Sigfox and 5G long range networks and will send its measurements 1 to 24 times a day. The information will be available to the customer via a dedicated website, accessible with secure user accounts. By connecting, the user will have access to the data collected by the sensor and to the evolution of machine vibrations. Thanks to this information, he can decide for example to plan a maintenance of the machine. It can also define thresholds to be alerted by SMS and / or mail in the case of a drift. The IoT makes it possible to position sensors in places inaccessible by wired solutions.
